1 General Information & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bd1k platform and all its related services. By using our website, creating an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

2 Account Registration

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

All bd1k services are for adults aged 21 and above only. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to use this platform.

3.1 Geographic Eligibility

Users must confirm for themselves that using online gaming services from their place of residence is permitted under applicable law. bd1k does not provide legal advice, and it is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with their local laws.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bd1k ensures fast and secure transactions through the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposits

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account immediately.
• It is the user's responsibility to ensure each deposit transaction is correct and complete.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Limits

bd1k reserves the right to set or change transaction limits at any time. If unusual or suspicious transactions are detected, additional verification may be required, which may cause processing delays.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bd1k offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are stated in the description of that offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may claim each promotion only once.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will expire.
• bd1k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.

• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability or bug on the platform.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage activities.
• Using a false identity or false financial information.
• Threatening, harassing, or misleading other users.
• Attempting to modify or hack the platform's software.
• Using third-party automated betting software or bots.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bd1k reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reasonable cause and without prior notice.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Unusual or suspicious betting activity.
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account, they may contact our support team. Before the account is closed, any applicable bonuses will expire and the net balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules.
